Megan de Guzman is a Filipina American writer currently living in Colorado. She writes screenplays, fiction, and poetry. Her work often explores coming-of-age stories which center a female perspective.

She has been published in Bristlecone, It's Freezing in LA!, Wild Garlic, Stain’d Arts, Local Wolves Magazine, and Songs From Another Sun: a BIPOC poetry anthology published by Beyond the Veil Press. She has been a writer-in-residence at Monson Arts in Monson, ME; Studio Faire in Nerac, France; and Millay Arts’ Wintertide in Austerlitz, NY.

Megan received her B.F.A. in Film & T.V. Production from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2020 with a minor in Anthropology. She also completed the Advanced Screenwriting Program in London in Fall 2019.
